Arrival by train

Basel is an international rail hub with direct ICE, IC, and EC connections to Germany, Austria, Italy, France, and the Benelux countries.

The Basel Exhibition and Congress Center is accessible by public transportation in five to ten minutes from all three train stations—Basel SBB (Switzerland), Basel SNCF (France), and Badischer Bahnhof (Germany).

From the SBB/SNCF station, you can reach the “Messeplatz” stop in about ten minutes on tram lines 1 or 2. From Badischer Bahnhof, lines 2 or 6 will take you directly to Messe Basel after two stops.

Hotel guests receive the BaselCard at check-in, which allows for free use of public transportation in Basel and the surrounding area—including EuroAirport—for the duration of their stay.

We look forward to your contributions and thank you in advance for your active participation in the conference!

Abstract submission

Review

The abstracts will be reviewed after the deadline (November 1, 2026). Notification of acceptance (poster/presentation) or rejection will be sent out at the end of November or beginning of December 2026.

Abstracts of the invited speaker

Our invited speakers have the opportunity to submit their presentation as an abstract so that it can be published in the official abstract volume. The submission period for invited contributions begins after the review of regular abstracts has been completed.

Registration

The presenter is required to register for the conference independently via the conference website. Registration in the abstract system or by the conference organizers does not automatically register the presenter for the conference.

2. Once you have received your password, please log in with your email address and password. You can now enter your abstract under Abstract Submission. Please follow the steps indicated.
3. Once your abstract has been successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder here as well.
4. You can now log in at any time and submit further abstracts or modify existing abstracts until the deadline on November 1, 2026.
5. Please note that the scientific committee evaluates the abstracts and therefore the preference chosen during submission between lecture/ePoster/case presentation is not guaranteed.
